By accessing or using Junich, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

Junich is a business management platform for small businesses offering features such as customer management, scheduling, inventory, sales, reports, and customer communication.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you or any third party.

3. Account and Security

To use Junich, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials confidential;
• All activities carried out under your account;
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use;
• Ensuring that only authorized individuals access your account.

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate the rights of third parties;
• Send spam, viruses, or any malicious code;
• Attempt to access systems or data belonging to other organizations;
• Reverse-engineer or make unauthorized copies of the platform;
• Intentionally overload the service infrastructure.

5. Payments and Plans

Junich offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Charges are billed on a recurring basis according to the contracted plan cycle;
• Prices may be changed with 30 days' prior notice;
• We do not issue refunds for partial unused periods;
• Non-payment may result in account suspension or cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Junich are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The data you enter into the platform remains your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junich shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures;
• Damages resulting from misuse of the platform by third parties.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings. After cancellation:

• Access to the service will end at the close of the current billing period;
• Your data will be retained for up to 30 days for potential export;
• After that period, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without entitlement to a refund.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-platform notice at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the company is headquartered, with express waiver of any other venue.
